Counter Sales Representative

Overview

Reece is currently hiring Counter Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products, services and solutions to customers in a retail setting through a combination of negotiation, customer service, and product sales.

Job Duties:
·Selling products, services and solutions to customers in a retail setting through a combination of negotiation, customer service and product sales.
·Maintaining store cleanliness and orderliness.
·Attracting new business by using best selling techniques and being friendly towards customers.
·Achieving store sales goals by achieving business goals, working with management to achieve them.
·Preparing reports by collecting information from customers after interactions.
·Participating in training on selling products, services and solutions to customers.
·Achieving long-term business relationships by achieving personal and professional development goals.
·Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
·Must be 18 years of age or older for any part of the position.
·Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
·Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which include but are not limited to standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), pushing, pulling, and maneuvering for sales transactions.
·Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oceanside, CA 92056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
